10 – Holy Grail of Barbecue. You have perfected the art and are the definition of a Pit Master. I’m planning special trips/changing my views on what the meaning of life is because this food is so damn good

9 – I’m making it a point to recommend this to friends and family and will go out of my way to get this. You’re a champion at the pit and have consistency locked down at this point, with little room for improvement

8 – Solid barbecue and worth ordering again. It might not be the best of the best, but it is quality and delicious nonetheless and I’d recommend it if anyone asked me if they should order it or make a visit

7 – Baseline of being okay barbecue that is probably fine to feed to your friends and family, but won’t win you any awards or raving fans. Typically not one I would order again or recommend to friends, but it could have also just been an off day at the pit as well

6 – I’m not finishing this dish and will probably steer people away from ordering it in the future. Do better
